MINUTES
The Jury composed of:
Ugo La Pietra, designer and theorist on applied art; Silvana Annicchiarico, director of the Triennale Design Museum; Ettore Mocchetti, editor of the “AD” magazine; Giorgio Morelato, president of the Aldo Morelato Foundation
Met on June 13th, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the headquarters of the Aldo Morelato Foundation "Villa Dionisi" located in Cerea (VR), after a thorough analysis of all papers and technical reports, statements, according to the regulations, decided by majority to assign with the following motivation:
THE “ALDO MORELATOFOUNDATION”AWARD OF € 2.500,00
To the project “IN-” designed by Zulema Josa e Gastón Gil, (Barcellona - Spain) for their project for a system of modular elements that, by combining them, generate a family of objects capable of conceiving a multiplication of elements at different scales for a "new home landscape”
The jury also indicates as deserving:
The “LINEATUR 16” project by Uwe Dietrich (Halle - Gemany)
THE “ALDO MORELATO FOUNDATION – STUDENT AWARD” € 2.500,00
To the project “TOBIA” by Luca Moras (Conegliano – Treviso) Student of the Superior Institute for Artistic Industries - ISIA - in Rome, for having developed a traditional kind of table for the rite of the collective meal, to share with friends including also "his best friend", his own dog
The jury also indicates as deserving:
The “PETALO” project by Erminia Cofone (Milan) student of the Brera Accademy of Fine Arts.
The project "IN_CLUSTER_l’incastramenti” by Sara Deganis (Udine) student of the NAD; – Nuova Accademia del Design Institute from Verona.
The jury gives special mention to the NAD Institute from Verona for the high number of participants and the quality of their work.
